Known as the symbol Li in the periodic table, a silvery-white metal which is soft.
flourine
Known as the symbol F in the periodic table, a yellow gas which is pale and poisonous.
dot and cross diagram
Used to represent bonding simply by having the outer shell on an atom drawn as a circle, showing covalent bonds by having circles overlapping and presenting electrons from one atom as a dot and electrons from another atom as crosses.
