CV (Curriculum Vitae)
A document that highlights your skills, experience, and education. It’s used to apply for jobs and gives employers a quick overview of what you bring to the role.
Personal Profile
A short paragraph at the top of your CV that sums up who you are, what you’re good at, and what kind of job you're looking for. It's your chance to make a strong first impression.
Reference
People who can speak about your work, character, or skills to a potential employer. They’re often past managers, teachers, or colleagues.
Work Experience
Any job, role, or activity you’ve done that shows your skills and responsibilities. It can include paid work, volunteering, placements, or roles in prison or the community.
Skills
The abilities and strengths you use to complete tasks. They can be practical (like using tools) or personal (like teamwork, communication, or problem-solving).
