IT Project Managers often coordinate between technical staff, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is kept informed and that the project meets its objectives. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Many IT Project Managers have a background in computer science or information technology, along with project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
