Product Carbon Footprint
a life cycle product carbon footprint measures the total greenhouse gas emissions generated by a product, from extraction of raw-materials, to end-of-life. It is measured in carbon dioxide equivalents (CO2e)
downstream activity
the processes a company uses for distributing and delivering products to the final customers
upstream activity
a part of a supply chain system, including the relationship between a company and its suppliers
supply chain emissions
the emissions at every point in a supply chain; referring to upstream or downstream emissions, or both
stakeholders
the people that have some kind of interest in a business; for school, this would be the teachers, the pupils, the parents, the school workers, the council and the government
